Okay so the beauty of taking online classes is how much time it frees up in your personal life. I finally have the time to do more with my 360 other than just look at it. The last game I played on it was Final Fantasy XIII-part 1 and it was EPIC. But that was a year ago. Last night, I bought a 3 month Gold membership to Xbox Live, a Hard Drive (I have one of those slim Xboxes) and after weighing between Halo4 and Skyrim V, I went with... Skyrim V.
(XboxLive: Cogito331)
And boy let me tell you, this shit is addictive! I chose to be a Redguard because I wanna try and make him look like me (epic fail). The damn strategy guide is bigger than a New York City phone book and it was around 40$ so my Mr. Krabs kicked in and put that mofo back. But I dropped a hint to Rob about it so I'm hoping he caught it...
Speaking of Rob. He's talking about selling his bar and moving out west after I graduate. The thought of us having so much distance, scares the HELL out of me. When you're with someone for so long (I know its only been a year, but...) its like our SOULS have bonded...
Anyway, I get pissed every time he bring it up.
After having a conversation that could've easily turned into an argument, I say
Me: I mean its whatever... Do whatever is best for you...
Stuff like that usually gets to him so I was expecting him to get in my face and try to check me. But no. He came up, looked me in my eyes and says...
Rob: YOU. You're what's best for me...
Me: (dumbfounded)
...and cue the sappy, romantic music followed by a kiss/love making montage...
Fast-forward to us spooning in the bed, not even talking, just... enjoying each other's presence.
And it dawns on me like "damn, I am really in LOVE with this man..."
When I was younger, my grandfather used to always play
and now that I'm older, I absolutely understand those lyrics.
We've all been in that place where you are helplessly in love with a bastard that is either oblivious to it, or doesn't share those feelings.
But when you fuck around and fall in love with someone who loves you back, well...
Then you'll understand why I cried all through typing this post...
LOVE spooning :-)
